1) Lawfully, you need to be watchful in how you make contact. Since you don't have their permission, and their telephone number might be on the do not phone call list, you can't take advantage of something like voice broadcasting... as well as you need to be careful with e-mail.
You may call them one by one, but that's not so efficient...
Direct mail is probably most secure, but some MLM genealogy leads actually include address data. The majority of incorporate name, phone number, and e-mail if you're lucky.
2) It requires more skill to be successful with these leads. If you're going to pick up the phone and call them harsh, you better understand precisely what you're going to say and be positive in your delivery.
