Are there truly any health benefits in the coffee versus tea style= argument?

According to various and multiple studies, the debate rages on, but studies show (in general) that there are basically no differences, because each one (Coffee and/or Tea) has benefits and drawbacks.

Green tea was found to have higher levels of antioxidants in it, which may lead to increased disease prevention.

Studies have shown that in 60% of women drinking green tea style= may reduce their risk of esophageal cancer.

White tea style= has been shown to inhibit the growth of new white cells.

Long term coffee style= drinkers may enjoy a  benefit of a decrease in heart disease and they have also been shown to be less likely to suffer from Alzheimer disease later in life.

Scientist believe that the chemicals in coffee style= may be used to make new drugs to treat heart disease and insomnia.  On the other side of that is one study that properties in coffee can raise cholesterol.

  • Side Note – No studies have proven conclusively that these tidbits of information are in fact, true.  They only show that more studies are needed.

Both coffee style= and tea style= prove – to the individual drinker – that they can be soothing and therapeutic, or even medicinal.  So what it all boils down to is this:
